Agreement Of Employment

Like an employment contract, an employment agreement is a business form that delineates an employer's agreement to hire an employee. This form also describes the employee's duties, the duration of employment, compensation, and the employer's option to terminate. It also often includes a nondisclosure agreement. In the past, an employment agreement was used only for higher-level executives, but it is used more commonly for most newly-hired workers. As with an employment contract, an employment agreement should include the following: a summary of the project; critical dates such as the date the project starts and ends, invoice submission dates, and payments; and the payment the employer has agreed to paid.
