Periodic employment law updates require employers to post updated labor law notices in their businesses. This requirement is imposed by the Department of Labor ("DOL"), the federal agency that enforces laws applicable to employers and employees. As a whole, the DOL enforces over 180 federal laws that impact over 10 million employers and 125 million employees nationwide.
