Likewise, an employment law attorney will represent the interests of a worker or employer during employment mediation or arbitration, which is often preferable to courtroom litigation. However, if courtroom litigation proves necessary, an employment law attorney can represent their client's interests in this realm as well. Essentially, a labor law lawyer will seek a resolution to any outstanding dispute that provides the most favorable outcome for their client that state and federal laws afford them.
