North Carolina Labor Law

The Department of Labor ("DOL") is a federal agency that enforces laws applicable to employers and employees. As a whole, the DOL enforces over 180 federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") which regulates issues such as wages and work hours of employees.
