Most people believe that workplace racial discrimination no longer takes place in the workplace of the United States. Workplace racial discrimination still happens and still gets judged against in a court of law. Part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects individuals from being discriminated against on the basis of race. Many companies strictly adhere to these polices but some do not.
